ARCTURUS Constellation / My Angel CD

Emerging from the early Norwegian extreme metal underground, Arcturus evolved out of the death metal band Mortem and quickly became one of the most unique entities in the scene. With Sverd’s visionary keyboards and Hellhammer’s powerful drumming, the band began shaping a darker and more atmospheric direction.

The legendary “Constellation” EP (1994) features four haunting tracks with vocals by Garm (Ulver) and guitar work by Samoth (Emperor). Combining black metal intensity with eerie keyboards and experimental arrangements, Arcturus already hinted at the avant-garde and theatrical style that would later define the band.

A cult release and an essential chapter of the Norwegian black metal underground.
