DIAGNOSE: LEBENSGEFAHR is the deeply unsettling project of Nattramn, known for his unmistakable vocal performance on Silencer’s cult album Death – Pierce Me. With Transformalin, he leaves traditional black metal behind and descends into experimental dark ambient, industrial noise and psychological horror.
Across eleven tracks, ominous drones, mechanical rhythms, distorted voices and oppressive samples create a claustrophobic soundscape. Rather than conventional songs, the album unfolds like a fragmented nightmare—cold, ritualistic and deliberately uncomfortable.
This 2013 Japanese CD reissue from Hidden Marly Production offers a disturbing companion to Silencer’s legacy while establishing a separate identity. It is an intense listening experience for collectors of dark ambient, death industrial and experimental underground music.
