Trelldom, the project founded by **Kristian Eivind Espedal (better known as Gaahl), returns after years of silence with …by the shadows… – a dark and powerful continuation of the band’s legacy. Emerging from the Norwegian underground in the 1990s, Trelldom has always stood apart through its intense atmosphere and Gaahl’s distinctive vocal expression.

On this new chapter the band expands its sonic horizons. While still rooted in black metal darkness, the music explores deeper and more experimental territories, blending fierce riffs with layered arrangements and unexpected elements such as saxophone passages.
