Store Terms and Conditions
§1 General Information
The online store operating at www.darkomens.pl is run by:

§2 Placing Orders
- All product prices presented in the store are gross prices and are listed in Polish złoty (PLN) and euro (EUR).
- The listed prices do not include shipping or payment processing costs, which may increase the total order value.
- Orders are accepted via the online store through the order form available on the website.
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the entire year.
- Proper completion of the order form and providing all necessary data required for order processing, including delivery details, is required for the correct fulfillment of the order.
- After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.
- In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing begins once the payment has been credited to the bank account specified in the order confirmation.
§3 Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
- Ordered goods are shipped to the address provided in the order form. The store reserves the right to inform the Customer if the order form has been filled in incorrectly in a way that prevents or delays the shipment.
- The shipment is dispatched within up to 5 business days from the moment the payment is credited to the store’s bank account.
- Shipping costs are covered by the Customer. The amount depends on:
- the purchased product,
- the selected shipping method,
- the selected payment method.
The Customer can review available shipping methods and costs in the shopping cart after adding products to the cart.
§4 Payments
- Each transaction is confirmed with a receipt or an invoice.
- Payment for ordered goods can be made via bank transfer to the store’s bank account.
- In the case of payment by bank transfer, the payment must be made within 10 days from the moment the order is accepted by the store.
After this period, unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled.
§5 Complaint Procedure
- If the Customer notices a defect or damage to the product that was not described in the product description, the Customer should immediately contact the seller via the contact form in order to determine the next steps.
- Complaints concerning mechanical damage must include information necessary for processing the complaint, particularly:
- the Customer’s name,
- a description of the subject of the complaint.
- A completed and printed complaint form must be attached to the returned product.
- If the received product has defects or damage resulting from transport, it may be returned to the store address.
- In the case of a justified complaint, the seller covers the costs of returning and reshipping the product.
- If the complaint is accepted, the store will:
- replace the defective product with a new one, or
- refund the amount paid by the Customer if replacement is not possible.
The refund requires returning a signed correction invoice or receipt to the seller.
- In case of product replacement or complaint, the Customer is requested to contact the seller by email or phone to determine further steps.
§6 Return of Goods
- In accordance with applicable law, a Customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.
- Products and services for which withdrawal is not permitted under applicable law are excluded from returns.
- In the event of a return, the Customer should send a Return Form:

The declaration of withdrawal from the contract may be submitted:
- on the official form attached to the Consumer Rights Act,
- on the withdrawal form attached to these Terms and Conditions,
- or in another legally valid form.
- The store will refund all payments made by the Customer, including delivery costs.
- In the case of withdrawal from the contract, the contract shall be considered null and void.
- The Customer is obliged to return the goods without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. Sending the goods before the deadline is sufficient to meet the requirement.
§7 Refunds
- Refunds are processed by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer.
- The refund will be issued within 5 business days from the date the returned goods are received by the seller.
§8 Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
- By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer agrees that the store owner may process their personal data in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data, to the extent necessary for order processing and marketing purposes.
The Customer has the right to access and correct their personal data.
§9 Final Provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by:
- the Polish Civil Code, and
- the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
- The store owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Changes shall not affect services already in progress and will become effective 30 days after notifying the Customer electronically.
